If the unevenness is greater than 20 mm, additional spacers, e.g. made of plasterboard or other elements, must be used.\u003cbr\/\u003eImmediately after applying the adhesive, place the board on the glued surface.\u003cbr\/\u003eAfter placing the board against the wall, press it carefully to secure its position.\u003cbr\/\u003eAvoid damaging the adhesive structure by applying strong pressure or hitting the board. After the initial correction, adjust the final position of the board with a long spirit level and carefully press it against the wall.\u003cbr\/\u003eCorrection should be carried out between 2 and 5 minutes after the first application.\u003cbr\/\u003eApproximately 30 minutes after application, you can start processing the board, i.e. filling and processing the vertical and horizontal joints between the boards.\u003cbr\/\u003e\u003cbr\/\u003eLIMITATIONS\u003cbr\/\u003eThe curing speed, including the correction time, strongly depends on the prevailing temperature and humidity.\u003cbr\/\u003eThe higher the application temperature, the shorter this time.\u003cbr\/\u003eThe lower the temperature and the closer to the minimum application temperature, the longer the correction time can be.\u003cbr\/\u003eThe manufacturer recommends adjusting the position of the installed boards each time.\u003cbr\/\u003eThe adhesive does not show any adhesion to polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide, silicone and Teflon.\u003cbr\/\u003eThe adhesive is safe for plasterboard; it will not destroy it.\u003cbr\/\u003eThe quality and technical condition of the applicator used affect the parameters of the final product.\u003cbr\/\u003e4\/5 do not use the adhesive in rooms without access to fresh air or in poorly ventilated areas and protect the container from heating above 50 °C.\u003cbr\/\u003e\u003cbr\/\u003eSURFACE PREPARATION\u003cbr\/\u003eThe surface should be stable, dry, clean, free of dust, dirt and oil.\u003cbr\/\u003eBefore starting the adhesive application, check the adhesion of the adhesive to existing plasters and surfaces.\u003cbr\/\u003eIf necessary, remove any loose plaster or paint.\u003cbr\/\u003eIf the wall surface is not good enough, it should be primed.\u003cbr\/\u003e\u003cbr\/\u003eCLEANING\u003cbr\/\u003eRemove fresh adhesive with a polyurethane foam cleaner, but be careful, as the cleaner may damage the plasterboard.\u003cbr\/\u003eCured adhesive can only be removed mechanically (e.g. with a knife).\u003cbr\/\u003eIf work is interrupted for more than 15 minutes, clean the gun nozzle.\u003cbr\/\u003eTo do this, attach the plastic tube included in the applicator package to the applicator outlet to prevent the formation of a mist containing cleaning agent and applicator residues during cleaning.\u003cbr\/\u003eThen screw the can of cleaner onto the applicator and press the trigger until clear liquid flows out.
