The set of boxes for indirect grilling is used for grilling dishes other than direct charcoal.
The indirect grilling method is used for larger dishes that take more time to prepare, such as whole chicken, ribs and more. Indirect grilling is gradual and there is no unwanted burning of food.
The boxes are placed on the grill so that they do not pour directly on the placed food. It is filled with charred coal. When grilling, the heat is better spread.
