Random Orbital Sander
What is a random orbital sander? It is an essential tool in all stages of finishing and construction work. Random orbital sanders ensure the best possible sanding of the material with minimal effort. All this is thanks to the movement curve of the base plate, which simultaneously performs both rotational and oscillating movements.
Dust extraction system
A significant amount of dust is generated during sanding, which, if not removed from the work area, can deteriorate the quality of the sanding and can also be harmful to the user's health. Our EX850E sander has a special base plate with holes through which most of the waste material is effectively removed. Changing the abrasive material is also very easy. Just align the holes, stick the grinding wheel and the tool is ready to use.
Dust collection system
All waste material is collected in a plastic container with fabric filters that prevent dust from entering the air. Instead of a collection bag, it is also possible to connect an external vacuum cleaner, which further increases the efficiency of waste material extraction.
Comfort
The EX850E housing is designed to be conveniently operated with one hand. The switch is easily accessible and at the same time protected against accidental switching on and dust ingress. All ventilation openings are positioned so that they can be grasped by hand and are not accidentally blocked during work.
Adjustment
To ensure consistently high machining quality regardless of the type of material, roughness and hardness, the eccentric is equipped with a multi-stage speed regulator. The adjustment is between 7,000 and 14,000 revolutions per minute.
Additional handle
When working with large surfaces, use a two-handed grip. The additional handle of the second handle is height-adjustable. Before you start working, find a position that provides you with the best possible comfort.
