Why use a vibratory grinder? This tool allows you to do a number of things. For example, sanding wood, stone, concrete and plastics. Its main task is finish sanding - that is, bringing the surface to a perfectly smooth state. It is very easy to use, does not require much effort, and yet achieves good results and quality work. The PV300 is equipped with an enlarged grinding plate 230 x 115 mm, which quickly processes large workpiece areas.
Dust extraction system
Grinding generates a significant amount of dust which, if not removed from the work area, can impair the quality of the grinding process and can also be harmful to the user's health. Our PV300 grinder has a special heel plate with holes that effectively remove most of the waste material. Changing the abrasive material is also very easy. Just align the holes, glue the grinding wheel and the tool is ready to use.
Dust collection system
All waste material is collected in a plastic container with fabric filters that prevent dust from entering the air. An external vacuum cleaner can also be attached in place of the collection bag, further increasing the efficiency of the extraction of waste material.
Comfort
The PV300 housing is designed to give you maximum control when working with your tools. Move the tool along the ellipsoidal path without exerting too much pressure and the tool will handle itself. The handle is designed so that you can comfortably operate it with one or both hands. And the rubberized parts prevent your hands from slipping.
Setup
To ensure consistently high machining quality regardless of material type, roughness and hardness, the excenter features a multi-speed speed control. Adjustment takes place between 6,000 and 12,000 rpm.
Switch
The switch is conveniently located on the top of the handle, but is recessed into the body so as not to interfere with operation and to protect against accidental switching on or off during sanding.
Cable
The tool is fitted with a long 2m cable with a silicone surface for your convenience. The silicone coating offers high cable protection, durability and last but not least, high resistance to high and low temperatures. The cable remains flexible even at low temperatures.
