The Procraft DWD810.80 sanding roller is designed for polishing and finishing furniture, metal and non-metal products and wooden parts. The multi-blade construction ensures even contact with the surface, smooth running and stable material removal without significant transitions. The 80x100 mm roller size and P80 grit size allow efficient removal of minor irregularities, surface uniformity and material preparation before further surface treatment. The model is designed for use with the Procraft BM100A Cordless Cylindrical (Satin finish) Sander (without battery and charger).
Multi-layered abrasive blades ensure uniform material removal and long tool life. The design allows gradual wear without loss of efficiency.
Dimension 80x100 mm: optimum working area for efficient machining of larger flat surfaces and profiled parts while maintaining good tool control.
Grit P80: a balanced grit suitable for removing oxidation, light corrosion and surface uniformity without excessive material removal.
Clamping diameter max. 19 mm: compatible with the Procraft BM100A Cordless Cylindrical (Satin finish) Grinder. Ensures firm and stable clamping of the roller during work.
Maximum working speed 4000 min-1: designed for safe operation at higher speeds without loss of stability and machining efficiency.
