The Smart Battery Sense is a wireless battery voltage and temperature sensor for Victron solar MPPT controllers.
The solar MPPT controller uses these measurements to optimize its charging parameters. Accuracy of battery voltage and temperature data will improve charging efficiency and extend battery life.
The connection between the battery sensor and one or more solar MPPT controllers is wireless: It uses VE.Smart Network - a wireless technology based on Bluetooth Smart.

The battery sensor is easy to install and configure. The power cord has an integrated fuse and pre-molded lugs. Attach the battery sensor directly to the battery using self-adhesive tape.
