Product description
The charger is designed to charge the external battery in cars with controlled, so-called smart charging, which is used in modern cars to achieve the lowest possible emissions.
It contains an inverter that is capable of increasing and decreasing the input voltage to create the optimum voltage for charging the external battery. It connects to the primary starter battery and exploits the potential of the vehicle's alternator even when charging of the starter battery is restricted to reduce emissions.
An automatic mains charger (AC-DC) can also be connected to the terminals of the external battery without the need to disconnect the DC-DC charger.
Can be used for conventional lead acid, AGM, GEL and LiFePO4 batteries
