The carbon monoxide detector K5DCO with a display is equipped with a second generation electrochemical sensor, it guarantees the service life and operability of the device for up to 10 years. Battery powered with two AA alkaline batteries (included in the package) allows the detector to be installed in an optimal location in the interior space, providing constant protection against this silent killer.

The built-in LCD display shows the carbon monoxide concentration level from 0 to 999 ppm*. The device measures the lethal danger in the form of carbon monoxide (CO) in seconds. Exceeding the permitted CO level is signaled visually (by a red LED indicator) and acoustically (by a loud, pulsating 85dB sound alarm).

Kidde carbon monoxide detectors are equipped with two buttons:

TEST / RESET, which is intended for testing and verifying the proper functioning of the device and its reset
MAX.CONCENTRATION, which is used to display the highest measured CO level detected since the device memory was reset.
