Epoxy insulation plate FR4 (0.5 × 200 × 170 mm) - Maximum protection for your LiFePO4 cells
Are you building your own battery storage? Don't underestimate the insulation. This ultra-thin but extremely durable epoxy board is a critical safety feature of any professional LiFePO4 pack.
When prismatic cells (box type) are stacked, they expand and contract slightly during charge cycles. Without adequate insulation between the aluminum cell shells, the blue insulating foil may be penetrated and a catastrophic short circuit may result. Our FR4 epoxy plate is designed for exactly this purpose.

- Extreme electrical strength: FR4 material has excellent dielectric properties. Even with a thickness of only 0.5 mm, it provides a 100% barrier against breakdown between cells.
- Mechanical stability and abrasion protection: the aluminium cell casings must not rub against each other. The epoxy plate acts as a mechanical separator to handle the pressures generated by the compression of the cells in the battery box.
- High heat resistance. This plate is non-flammable and stable even at elevated temperatures, increasing the fire safety of the entire system.
