The ceramic form for bread with an inner glaze is a high-quality product made of natural material. Ceramics conduct heat very well and therefore baking in ceramics is very economical. Ceramic containers have a long service life and, if handled correctly, will last you several years. However, it is necessary to follow certain principles of handling dishes. The product has a very high stress, so it does not tolerate immediate rapid temperature changes - heat shock. Air flow must be ensured between the mold and the bottom of the oven, so always place the product on the grid. It is necessary to put the cold form in a cold oven and then turn it on. After removing the hot mold from the oven, never place it on metal, stone, tiles - always only on a wooden base. The mold is not dishwasher safe, it can be used in gas, electric and hot air ovens (max. 280 ° C).
