The camera trap has a hybrid layout of LED diodes. 2x super bright 940 nm LED and 2x white diodes emitting daylight. This configuration is a revolutionary step and allows the user to choose whether to take black and white or color night photos.

If you want to get unusual photos of game or protect property with the requirement of scaring off a thief by turning on a strong illumination, you can activate the daylight white illumination in the camera trap menu.
If you prefer the classic conventional and inconspicuous mode of invisible diodes, select the invisible 940nm diodes.
In terms of practicality, this is the only camera trap on the market that can offer the user many practical functions at a low cost price.

The camera trap has all the necessary functions, such as a timer, time-lapse, overwriting the SD card if it is full, and many more. The 4K model, as the name suggests, can record high-definition videos, including an audio track.

Possibility to set color night recordings
Simply activate color night photography or conventional black and white in the camera trap menu. The camera trap gives the user a choice. What you set is your choice, you can freely decide according to the purpose of the installation or simply experiment. Night color photography is suitable for shorter distances.

Maximum sensitivity and detection range
The manufacturer BOLY, formerly ScoutGuard, is a leader in innovation and holds several patents, including the PIR system, i.e. the ability to detect motion of the camera trap. The SG520 4K model captures movement at a distance of 25 meters.

4K resolution
The SG520 4K captures high-quality video sequences in all circumstances, including an audio track. The camera trap starts video recording almost immediately after registering movement, which you can later view on a TV or PC.

LCD focus

Easy to use
You will find the camera trap easy to understand. You only have three buttons to control it: on/off, menu entry and manual shooting. Use these buttons to navigate the Czech menu.

You will see a thumbnail preview on the front screen. Thanks to this screen, you can also focus the camera trap very well.

Changing the batteries
Replacing the camera trap is very easy and does not require you to take the camera trap in your hands. Just release the clips, which will open the camera trap and you can simply change the batteries while it is attached, for example, to a tree. The batteries are safely separated from the electronics.

How the camera trap works in practice:

The camera trap is in standby mode.
If the PIR sensor detects movement, the camera trap is triggered and takes a photo of the monitored area.
This photo is then saved to an SD card.
We recommend viewing recordings from the SD card on a computer, TV or similar device.
