Polystyrene cutter
- used for embedding facade dowels with a plate diameter of 60 mm into facade polystyrene insulation boards
- this is a recessed installation, where the dowel head is embedded in the insulation
- after anchoring the facade dowel, the countersunk hole with the facade dowel is then covered with an insulating plug
- for effective use of the cutter and achieving a long service life, do not use it to drill material that has already been surface-treated with a trowel or plaster
- the tool is not suitable for countersinking holes in extruded polystyrene and mineral wool
