Product description

KT3100 Socket Thermostat with Timer The simultaneous operation of the timer and thermostat is not possible! The device combines a socket thermostat and a timer; however, the thermostat function is not active when the timer is in use. The timer can be set for cyclic operation, one-off switching on or off, or one-off switching on or off with a delay. Operation is also possible without using the timer. Technical specifications:

Power supply 100–250 V AC, 50 Hz Load capacity 16 A (3680 W) Standby current 0.01 mA Current consumption when relay is energised 0.02 mA
Thermostat temperature range: -40°C to 120°C Accuracy: ±1°C Resolution: 0.1°C Time resolution: 1 minute Maximum settable time interval: 99 hours 59 minutes
Maximum deviation: 10 minutes / 100 hours Inverse operation option – heating or cooling mode External temperature sensor with 1.8 m cable Setting modes:
The setting modes can be activated sequentially using the MODE button 1. Thermostat mode without time programming:
Use the SET button, followed by the DOWN and UP buttons, to set the on and off temperatures; values below -10°C and above 100°C can be set in 1°C increments 2: F01 Cyclic on/off mode:
The on and off times for the thermostat can be set. Time intervals are set, not actual times. The on and off cycles repeat continuously. 3: F02 Delayed switch-on mode:
The switch-on delay can be set within the range of 1 min to 99 hours 59 mins 4: F03 Delayed switch-off mode: The switch-off delay can be set within the range of 1 min to 99 hours 59 mins
5: F04 One-off switch-on and switch-off mode You can set the times at which the thermostat is to switch on and off. Once the cycle has elapsed, the thermostat will revert to its default settings Instructions for use:
1) Plug the thermostat into a socket. The thermostat is now in non-timed mode and the display shows the current temperature and the set ON and OFF temperatures (preset to ON 20°C and OFF 25°C). Press the SET button briefly to enter the ON and OFF temperature adjustment mode. These can be changed using the UP and DOWN buttons. If the ON temperature is set lower than the OFF temperature, a sun symbol will flash above the current temperature reading and the thermostat is in heating mode. Otherwise, the thermostat is in cooling mode and a snowflake flashes on the display. Once you have finished making your settings, confirm by briefly pressing the MODE button. Press and hold the SET button (for 5 seconds) to switch from °C to °F.
2) Press the MODE button briefly to activate the timer with modes F01, F02, F03 and F04 (as described above). Use the SET, UP and DOWN buttons to set the switch-on and switch-off times.
3) Press and hold the MODE button (for 2 seconds) in the relevant F01–F04 mode to activate the timer function. The display will then flash ‘ON’ or ‘OFF’ depending on which time period the thermostat is currently in. A blue LED also indicates that the function is active. 4) The thermostat’s normal function is not maintained in timer mode.
