The brass brush is used to remove dirt from non-ferrous soft metals such as copper, brass, as well as marble, stone and for fine sanding of surfaces that a steel brush would damage. The stainless steel brush is used for fine cleaning and sanding work, on metal, wood, removing rust and paint. It does not leave unwanted traces of iron on the processed material, unlike a regular steel brush. The nylon brush is used for fine structuring and cleaning of wood, removing dirt and rust, for upholstery, etc.
