Product description
PENOSIL SpeedFix Crystal 799 is a multi-purpose, transparent hybrid sealant with high adhesion, good elasticity and a strong bond, designed for indoor and outdoor use.
Works perfectly on metal, uneven surfaces and in movement joints.
Crystal clear.
Fast and strong bond.
Does not shrink.
Can be used on wet surfaces.
Silicone and solvent free.
Does not cause corrosion.
UV and weather resistant.
For indoor and outdoor use.

APPLICATION
Bonding and sealing indoors and outdoors where an exceptionally strong and transparent bond is required
Installation of skirting boards, profiles, insulation and decorative boards
Bonding panels in caravans, motorhomes and commercial vehicles
Reinforcing screw joints

Suitable for uneven surfaces
Adhesion
Concrete, walls, MDF, chipboard, plasterboard, plaster, fibreglass, building boards, ceramics, wood, aluminium, galvanised steel, polycarbonate, glass, EPDM
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Cut off the tip of the cartridge. Screw on the nozzle and cut out the hole.
Place the cartridge on the caulking gun. Apply the adhesive by applying even pressure to the trigger of the gun and pulling the nozzle smoothly over the surface.
Immediately press the surfaces together and press until the product has completely hardened.
Application temperature between +5°C and +40°C
SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust, loose particles and oil residues.
Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with solvent and a clean, lint-free cotton cloth.
Excess solvent should be removed before it evaporates.
LIMITATIONS
Not suitable for sealing aquariums or underwater joints.
Not suitable for glazing operations.
A preliminary compatibility test is recommended for natural stone surfaces.
Do not use at temperatures below +5°C.
Does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) or Teflon (PTFE).
CLEANING
Clean uncured adhesive with solvent (e.g. acetone) or PENOSIL cleaning wipes.
Cured adhesive can be removed mechanically.

STORAGE
The guaranteed storage period is 12 months from the date of manufacture, when stored in closed original packaging in a dry place, at a temperature of +5°C to +30°C.
