Product description

PENOSIL MS Turbo 730 is a super strong and super flexible MS polymer-based adhesive, characterized by immediate adhesion and high final performance.

It has excellent adhesion to most substrates, even on wet surfaces, which allows bonding and fastening of practically all materials, both indoors and outdoors.
This enables fast, flexible, strong and durable joints in construction and industry.
Extremely high initial adhesion, fast curing and high final strength, which create a flexible, strong and durable joint.
Excellent adhesion without the use of a primer on a wide range of substrates - porous and non-porous.
Very good properties in conditions of humidity, UV radiation, exposure to weathering and aging, as well as good chemical resistance.
Can be applied to wet surfaces.
Absorbs and dampens shocks and vibrations.
Does not cause corrosion of metals.
Intended for indoor and outdoor use.

USES
Flexible adhesive for all types of applications and materials in the construction industry, such as: fixing panels, skirting boards, window sills, insulation boards, roof tiles, etc.
Joints in structures exposed to vibrations requiring high adhesion.
Assembly of components and high-strength bonding in the metal industry.
Fast paneling and bonding in the automotive and marine industries.
Lightweight facades.

Adhesion
Concrete, Natural and artificial stone, bricks, cement, roof tiles, ceramics, wood, glass, PVC, plaster, polystyrene, most metals and plastics, polycarbonate

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Cut off the screw tip of the cartridge and screw on the applicator nozzle for applying the adhesive.
Cut off the nozzle at a 45° angle to create a suitable opening for application.
Insert the cartridge into the applicator gun.
Apply the adhesive evenly to the surface – in stripes or small dots spaced a few centimetres apart – by repeatedly and evenly pressing the trigger of the gun.
Immediately place the surfaces to be joined in the desired position and press them firmly together.
Remove excess material.
Application temperature +5°C to +40°C

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be clean, preferably dry and free of grease, dust and other contaminants that could affect adhesion.
Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with solvent and a clean, lint-free cotton cloth.
Excess solvent should be removed before it evaporates.

RESTRICTIONS
Do not use as a glazing sealant on bituminous substrates or on materials releasing plasticizers and greases (e.g. natural and synthetic rubber, chloroprene, EPDM, flexible PVC), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and Teflon (PTFE).
Due to the wide variety of substrates, it is recommended to perform a compatibility test before use.

CLEANING
Uncured adhesive can be removed with solvents such as mineral spirits, acetone or special cleaning wipes.
Cured adhesive can be removed mechanically.
If necessary, use a silicone remover.
