Product description
PENOSIL SpeedFix Clear 909 is a flexible, transparent solvent-based assembly adhesive designed for bonding various materials during construction work.
Express and strong bond.
Flexible and transparent structure.
Very good adhesion to many materials.
Does not require a primer.
Resistant to UV radiation and weathering.
For indoor and outdoor use.
Can be painted.
APPLICATIONS
Bonding skirting boards, panels, floor and door moldings, shapes, profiles, railings, letter boxes, boards, etc.
Adhesion
Wood, MDF, chipboard, concrete, walls, ceramics, bricks, plaster, stone, steel, aluminum, EPDM, fiberglass, rigid PVC, building boards, plasterboard, window tapes, self-leveling compounds and glass.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Cut off the tip of the cartridge, screw on the nozzle and cut out the hole.
Insert the cartridge into the sealant gun.
Apply the adhesive by applying even pressure to the trigger of the gun and moving the nozzle smoothly over the surface.
Immediately press the components together and maintain pressure until the product has completely hardened.
Application temperature is +5°C to +40°C.
SURFACE PREPARATION
The surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry and free from dust, loose particles, water and oil.
Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with solvent and a clean, lint-free cotton cloth.
Excess solvent should be removed before it evaporates.
LIMITATIONS
Not suitable for sealing aquariums or underwater joints.
A preliminary compatibility test is recommended for natural stone surfaces.
Do not use at temperatures below +5°C.
Does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) or polystyrene.
CLEANING
Clean uncured adhesive with a solvent (e.g. acetone) or PENOSIL cleaning wipes.
Cured adhesive is removed mechanically.

STORAGE
The guaranteed shelf life is 12 months from the date of production, when stored in closed original packaging, in a dry place, at a temperature of +5 °C to +30 °C.
