PENOSIL SpeedFix Deco 615 is an acrylic adhesive designed for indoor installation.
Ideal for mounting polystyrene, polyurethane foams, wood and decorative gypsum elements and boards.
The product creates a durable, UV and moisture resistant bond with the most commonly used building materials.
Resistance to UV radiation and moisture.
Creates a strong and solid bond.
Solvent-free.
Paintable.
For indoor use.
Excellent adhesion to many materials.
Gentle scent.
APPLICATIONS
Mounting polystyrene, polyurethane foams, wood and decorative gypsum elements and boards.
Bonding door and baseboards and other decorative details to various surfaces.
Mounting wooden structural elements.
Mounting joinery elements.
Adhesion to: wood, MDF, chipboard, stone, concrete, walls, plasterboard, plaster, metals, ceramics, PVC, polystyrene, building boards, paper and cardboard.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Application temperature: +5 °C to +40 °C.
During the curing process of the adhesive, moisture is released.
Therefore, the rooms should be sufficiently ventilated.
Cut off the tip of the cartridge.
Screw on the nozzle and cut out the hole.
Insert the cartridge into the hot melt gun.
Apply the adhesive by applying even pressure to the gun trigger and moving the nozzle smoothly over the surface.
Immediately press the components together and maintain pressure until the product has completely cured.
SURFACE PREPARATION
The surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dust, loose particles and oil residues.
Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with solvent using a clean, lint-free cotton cloth - remove excess solvent with a clean cloth.
RESTRICTIONS
Not suitable for surfaces permanently exposed to water or moisture
Do not use at temperatures below +5°C
Will not adhere to polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) or Teflon (PTFE)
Not suitable for flexible joints or surfaces subject to expansion and contraction

CLEANING
Uncured product can be removed with water, while cured product can be removed mechanically.
STORAGE
Guaranteed shelf life 12 months from date of production, when stored in closed original containers, in a dry place, at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C. Protect from frost. Short-term frost resistance: 10 days at temperatures from -18°C to 0°C.
