Product description
PENOSIL MembraneFix 629 is a one-component acrylic adhesive designed for bonding various membranes and foils.
The product remains permanently flexible and guarantees a completely tight connection to many surfaces such as concrete, bricks, PE, PA, plaster, wood, metal, etc.
Excellent adhesion to all vapour barrier membranes

USE
Joining vapour barrier membranes to brick surfaces, plastered surfaces, plasterboard walls or wool substrates

Bonding foils and various types of membranes to each other and to other surfaces
Can be used as a contact adhesive or instead of double-sided tape
Adhesion
EP, PP, masonry elements, masonry, plaster, plasterboard, wood, metal, concrete, bricks, various vapour barrier membranes
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Cut off the tip of the cartridge. Screw on the nozzle and cut out the hole.
Insert the cartridge into the hot melt gun.
Apply the adhesive by applying even pressure to the gun trigger and moving the nozzle smoothly over the surface.
Wait for the colour to change and then press the joined surfaces together.
When bonding the vapour barrier membrane to porous surfaces, first apply the adhesive to the porous surface, wait for the colour to change and then press the membrane firmly onto the adhesive.
Application temperature: +5°C to +40°C.
Final curing time 2 hours.
SURFACE PREPARATION
The surfaces to be joined must be clean, dry and free of dust, loose particles and oil residues.
Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with solvent (clean, lint-free cloth) and excess solvent removed.
RESTRICTIONS
Not suitable for joining loaded elements
Do not use in contact with water
Intended for indoor use only - not suitable for outdoor use
Do not use at temperatures below +5 °C
CLEANING
Clean uncured adhesive with water or PENOSIL cleaning wipes. Cured adhesive can be removed mechanically.

STORAGE
The guaranteed shelf life is 12 months from the date of production, when stored in closed original packaging, in a dry place, at a temperature of +5 °C to +30 °C.
