Unless you use the GARDENA Telescopic Hedge Trimmer THS 42/18V P4A. They can easily handle hedges with a height of 3 m. Cutting from a wobbly ladder is a thing of the past, you stand with both feet safely on solid ground all the time and don't have to worry about power cables.
Thanks to the LED indicator directly on the handle, you are always informed of the current charge level. This unit is compatible with all 18V Alliance POWER FOR ALL batteries. With the supplied battery, the product will achieve a run time of up to 100 minutes and trim up to 600 square metres of hedge with it.
The telescopic shears weigh 3.4 kilograms including the battery; their handle is ergonomically designed and has an ideal centre of gravity. This means it fits comfortably and securely in your hand, even when the telescopic handle is fully extended, so you can use the full three-metre reach. Need to trim the top of a hedge? That's no problem either: the trimmer head can be tilted - a feature that is also very convenient when cutting ground cover plants. You no longer have to bend over and you also relieve the strain on your knees.
It effortlessly cuts branches and shoots up to 16 millimetres thick; the optimised blade geometry ensures an efficient and clean cut. Thanks to the blade length of 42 centimetres, you can quickly cut the entire width of the hedge.
For transport or storage, you can easily split the Telescopic Hedge Trimmer in two without tools.
