The dirt separator separates impurities, consisting mainly of sand and rust particles, which circulate in closed-circuit systems, with very small pressure losses. Dirt is collected in a large sludge chamber, which requires a low frequency of cleaning and from which it can be removed even during system operation. DIRTMAG series dirt separators are also equipped with a removable magnetic ring for the separation of ferrous impurities. This dirt separator, which is made of a composite material specially designed for use in air conditioners, is extremely versatile, as it can be mounted on horizontal and vertical pipes.
