The refractometer with Brix/Be/Water scale is intended primarily for measuring the properties of honey (sugar content, water content, density).
Instructions for use:
Measuring with a refractometer is very simple, just drop a drop of the measured substance onto the inclined optical prism of the device, close the prism cover (the substance will spread out), look into the eyepiece of the device against the light, or focus it, and on the appropriate scale in the field of view, you can immediately read the value of sugar content, water content and density (%, °) according to the interface between the illuminated and unilluminated part.
