Product description
The FNIRSI DPOS350P is a powerful and versatile 4-in-1 instrument that combines a digital phosphor oscilloscope with a bandwidth of 350 MHz, a fully-fledged signal generator up to 50 MHz, a spectrum analyser with a range of 200 kHz to 350 MHz, and a frequency response analyser. It is designed for professional use in laboratories, development centres, manufacturing facilities and for technical maintenance – in short, wherever there is a need to analyse electrical signals accurately in real time. Thanks to a sampling rate of 1 GSa/s, an ultra-fast refresh rate of 50,000 waveforms per second and intelligent digital triggering, it can capture even very short-lived anomalies and complex signal phenomena.
Precise display and intuitive operation:
The instrument features a 7” IPS touchscreen with a resolution of 1024 × 600px, offering both standard colour display and a colour temperature mode, whilst the controls are intuitive and tailored for precise measurements. In oscilloscope mode, various types of measurement can be utilised – time, voltage, frequency, level, period and more. In addition, it supports FFT, ZOOM and XY display modes, automatic tuning and one-button zeroing. The oscilloscope operates with two channels, offers switchable attenuation (1X / 10X / 100X), a memory depth of 60Kpts and a time base range of 5 ns to 50 s.
Advanced signal generation and analysis
The integrated signal generator supports 14 standard waveforms as well as custom waveforms (up to 500 groups), with a frequency range for sine waves extending up to 50 MHz. Settings include fine-tuning of frequency (1 Hz), amplitude (0–5 VPP), offset (±2.5 V) and duty cycle with a resolution of up to 0.1 per cent. The frequency analyser covers the 100 Hz to 50 MHz band with the ability to measure gain, phase and frequency, including support for system calibration.
Powerful spectrum analyser
The spectrum analyser utilises an FFT transform with a length of up to 32K and allows the display of a classic spectrum, waterfall plot and 3D visualisation. It operates in the range from 200 kHz to 350 MHz and provides measurements up to a level of +260 dBmV. It offers cursor-based frequency and amplitude measurements and displays the harmonic components of the signal. It also features an automatic tuning function and support for system calibration.
Storage, battery life and connectivity
The DPOS350P supports the storage of up to 500 waveforms and 90 screenshots, data export via USB, and easy browsing of stored data directly on the device.Power is supplied by an 8000 mAh lithium-ion battery with support for QC18W fast charging (12 V / 1.5 A), which ensures approximately 3 hours of operation. The device’s total power consumption is 10 W, and cooling is provided by active air cooling. The device supports firmware updates via .iso images, automatic shutdown, a choice of several languages (including English, Chinese and Russian), and is equipped with overvoltage protection up to 400 V.
Compact, yet uncompromising
With compact dimensions of 190 × 128 × 37 mm, high performance and versatile functions, the FNIRSI DPOS350P is the ideal tool for anyone who needs to reliably measure, analyse and visualise a wide range of electrical signals – from development and diagnostics right through to final quality control.
