500kHz Oscilloscope, Function Generator and Component Tester FNIRSI DSO-TC3 is a compact digital oscilloscope with several functions:

Handheld Oscilloscope:
The DSO-TC3 has a real-time sampling rate of 10MS/s and a bandwidth of 500kHz. With complete trigger functions (simple, normal, automatic), both periodic analog signals and aperiodic digital signals can be used freely. It is equipped with a powerful AUTO button that allows you to display measurement waveforms without lengthy setup.

Transistor Tester:
The transistor tester function allows you to automatically identify and measure various transistors, including NPN and PNP transistors, N-channel and P-channel field-effect transistors, field-effect transistors, diodes, dual diodes, thyristors, resistors, inductors, capacitors and other passive components.

Signal Generator:
The signal generator has 6 waveforms to choose from: sine wave, square wave, pulse wave, triangle wave, ramp wave and DC wave. The output frequency, output voltage and output duty cycle are adjustable.
