One of the biggest advantages of the SUGON 2020D station is the patented air nozzle holder, which allows instant tip replacement without the need for additional tools. Thanks to this, you can instantly adapt the device to different soldering tasks without having to lower the temperature or change the air flow. This innovative solution eliminates time-consuming downtime and increases productivity.
Continuously adjustable air flow and temperature
The SUGON 2020D offers a wide range of adjustable operating parameters that allow you to adapt the temperature and blowing power to the specific task. The strong but even air flow facilitates precise soldering and dismantling of electronic components, and thanks to the continuous regulation, the unit is ideal for both delicate applications and working with larger components.
Smart sensor in the handle
The ergonomic handle is equipped with an inductive switch that automatically activates the device when the user grabs the handle. When the handle is placed on the stand, the system goes into standby mode, minimizing energy consumption and extending the life of the components. This smart solution not only simplifies operation, but also increases work safety and saves electricity.
Quick access to favorite configurations
The SUGON 2020D is equipped with three memory buttons that allow the user to save the most frequently used temperature and air flow settings. The user can select the optimal parameters for a specific task with a single movement and does not have to adjust them every time.

Thanks to the imported brushless fan, the soldering station stands out for its long service life and quiet operation. Combined with a durable bearing motor and pure copper transformer, the SUGON 2020D soldering iron ensures stable and reliable operation for many years of intensive use.
Versatile and easily replaceable air nozzles
The handle of the station is equipped with a durable steel tube, and its air outlet is compatible with the 8610 series, which ensures compatibility with a wide range of nozzles. Five nozzles are included: 5, 7, 10 (straight) and 7 and 10 (spiral). This allows the user to instantly change the type of blowing as needed, eliminating the difference between straight and spiral spraying.
Precise digital control with LCD display
The device offers a clear digital display that displays the current temperature, set temperature and blowing power in real time. Precise parameter control allows the device to work with maximum accuracy, which is extremely important in demanding soldering applications.
