Product description
The MARGHERITA gas tabletop pizza oven is designed for easy use and fast pizza preparation.
It offers an interior space of 31 x 38 cm fitted with a square pizza stone made of cordierite with dimensions of 30 x 30 cm. Due to its porosity, the cordierite stone quickly absorbs and then gradually releases moisture. This ensures perfectly crispy dough.
The oven is equipped with a high power gas burner for concentrated and rapid heating. The burner is complete with piezo ignition for easy flame ignition with controls on the back of the oven. The control can also be used to infinitely adjust the power output.
The stove is constructed of stainless steel with a robust design and three folding legs.
The burner assembly is secured with two securing screws at the rear of the stove. By loosening them, the assembly can be easily removed for easy maintenance.
