Product description
PENOSIL EasyGun Foam 179 is a multi-layer, single-component polyurethane foam for guns with a special EasyGun applicator.
It is designed to fill and seal narrow and deep penetrations, gaps and holes that are difficult to reach with a traditional gun or straw applicator.
The foam can be applied with either a foam gun or an EasyGun applicator, making it a more versatile product than traditional gun foams.

Sealing of narrow, pressure-sensitive and movable joints.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Surfaces must be free of dust, loose particles, ice and oil stains.
Wet dry surfaces with water mist (only at temperatures above 0°C) to ensure faster curing and a better final result.
Shake the can thoroughly at least 20 times. Hold the can vertically with the valve upwards.
Place the applicator on the valve and press gently until it locks.
When squeezing the foam, hold the can upside down. The foam output can be adjusted using the applicator trigger.
Air temperature during application: -5°C to +30°C
SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be free from dust, loose particles, ice and grease. Dry substrates should be moistened (only at temperatures above 0°C) to ensure best results.
Adjacent surfaces should be protected with paper, protective film or other suitable material.
LIMITATIONS
Will not adhere to polyethylene (PE), Teflon (PTFE) or silicone surfaces.
Do not use at temperatures below -5°C.
Cured foam should be covered with a suitable material with UV protection.
Do not cover until the foam has fully cured.

STORAGE
The guaranteed shelf life is 12 months from the date of production, when stored in the original, unopened packaging in a cool and dry place at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C.
Do not expose to temperatures above +50°C, do not store near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
