PENOSIL Multiproject Gunfoam 124 is a universal, one-component polyurethane foam for guns, designed for various construction works inside and outside, such as sealing joints of insulation boards, penetrating cables and pipes, filling gaps and cracks in building structures.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Surfaces must be free of dust, loose particles and oil stains.
For faster curing and a better final result, spray dry surfaces with water.
Shake the can thoroughly at least 20 times. Hold the can vertically with the valve upwards. Hold the adapter with your fingers when tightening the gun onto the can. Hold the can upside down when squeezing the foam. The foam output can be adjusted using the gun trigger and the adjusting screw.
Fill the joints to approximately 65%. For larger joints, apply the foam in several layers, slightly moistening it between layers. Excess foam can be removed after it has completely cured.
Do not tighten the gun on a can with an inverted valve. Do not bend or twist the can while tightening.
Air temperature during application: -5°C to +30°C
SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be free from dust, loose particles, ice and grease.
Dry substrates should be moistened (only at temperatures above 0°C) to ensure best results. Adjacent surfaces should be protected with paper, protective foil or other suitable material. If necessary, an additional external cover should be used to protect against weathering such as rain, snow or wind.
LIMITATIONS
Will not adhere to polyethylene (PE), Teflon (PTFE) or silicone surfaces.
Do not use at temperatures below +5°C.
The cured foam should be covered with a suitable material with UV protection.
Do not cover until the foam has completely cured.

Guaranteed shelf life is 12 months from date of production, when stored in the original, unopened packaging in a cool, dry place at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C.
Do not expose to temperatures above +50°C, do not store near heat sources or in direct sunlight.

Use only in well-ventilated areas. Wear personal protective equipment if necessary. Keep out of reach of children. For more detailed safety information, see label and safety data sheet (SDS).
