USES
Installation of window and door frames.
Sealing and joining of joints.
Insulation of penetrations.
Sealing of thermal and acoustic insulation boards.
Reduction of the impact of thermal bridges.
Adhesion to: wood, concrete, stone, plaster, metal, PVC and polystyrene.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Air temperature during use: +5 °C to +40 °C. Make sure that the ambient temperature remains within this range until the foam has completely hardened.
Temperature of the can during application: +5 °C to +35 °C, best results at +20 °C.
Shake the can thoroughly at least 20 times. Remove the cap.
Hold the can of foam in a vertical position with the valve facing up.
Screw the can firmly onto the gun by holding the gun handle with one hand and turning the can with the other hand.
Do not point the gun at people.
Avoid screwing the can to the gun with the valve upside down.
Do not screw the gun to the can.
Do not bend or twist the can while screwing.
Hold the can upside down when extruding the foam.
The foam output can be adjusted using the gun trigger and the adjustment screw.
Fill the joints up to approximately 65% as the foam expands.
For larger joints, apply the foam in several layers, slightly moistening between layers to ensure better results.
Excess foam can be cut after it has fully cured.

LIMITATIONS
PU foam lacks adhesion to Teflon, polyethylene, polypropylene and silicone surfaces.
It is not recommended to unscrew the gun from the foam canister intermittently. The foam should be used so that the gun is screwed on once.
Cured foam is sensitive to UV radiation and direct sunlight and must therefore be covered with a suitable covering sealant, filler, paint or other material.
Do not cover before the foam has completely cured.
Please observe the expiry date.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Remove dust, loose particles and oil stains from surfaces.
Dampen the dry substrate for better results.
Protect adjacent surfaces with paper, plastic film or other suitable material.
If necessary, add an additional shield outdoors to protect against weather conditions (rain, wind, etc.).

CLEANING
Uncured foam can be removed with acetone.
Cured foam can be removed mechanically.

STORAGE
Guaranteed shelf life is 12 months from date of production when stored in unopened packaging in a cool, dry place at a temperature of +5°C to +30°C.
Do not expose to temperatures above +50°C, do not store near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
Store and transport in an upright position.
Secure cans before transport.

Pressurized canister. Use only in well-ventilated areas.
Do not smoke during application!
Wear protective equipment if necessary.
Keep out of reach of children.
