APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Surfaces must be clean and free of dust, loose particles and oil stains.
For faster curing and better final results, spray dry surfaces with water (only at temperatures above freezing).
Shake the can thoroughly at least 20 times.
Hold the can vertically with the valve upwards.
Screw the can onto the gun.
Hold the can upside down when squeezing the foam.
The foam output can be adjusted using the gun trigger and adjusting screw.
Fill the joints to approximately 65%. For larger joints, apply the foam in several layers, slightly moistening it between layers.
Excess foam can be removed after complete curing.
Do not point the gun at people. Do not tighten the can onto the gun with the valve inverted. Do not tighten the gun on the can. Do not bend or twist the can while tightening.
LIMITATIONS
Does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), PTFE (Teflon®) or silicone surfaces.
Do not use at temperatures below 0°C.
Cured foam should be covered with a suitable material with UV protection.
Do not cover until the foam is completely cured.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Air temperature during use: 0°C to +35°C.
Protect adjacent surfaces with paper, plastic film or other suitable material.
Due to the variety of building materials, we recommend a preliminary compatibility test.
When working at low temperatures, the foam can should be warmed to room temperature (approximately 20°C).
Use Penosil 929 foam cleaner to clean tools and surfaces from uncured foam.
Penosil 995 foam remover softens hardened foam and makes it easier to remove.
