PENOSIL Ultrafast Gun Assembly Foam 123 is a one-component, fast-hardening, high-performance polyurethane foam.
It is designed for the assembly of windows and doors in the summer.
Extremely fast curing - ready to cut in just 15 minutes.
High performance.
Excellent insulation properties - thermal conductivity coefficient is 0.033 W/m K.
Low pressure during curing.
Compact structure.
Effective operation at high temperatures (up to +35 °C).

USES
Sealing window and door joints in the summer.
Filling and sealing gaps and cracks in building structures.
Sealing construction joints and insulation of penetrations.
Improved thermal and sound insulation.
Reduction of thermal bridges.
Adheres to: wood, concrete, plaster, all metals, PVC, bricks and blocks, plasterboard, EPS and painted and varnished surfaces.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Surfaces should be clean and free of dust, loose particles and oil stains.
For faster curing and better results, spray dry surfaces with water.
Shake the can thoroughly at least 20 times.
Hold the can vertically with the valve facing up.
Screw the gun onto the can and hold the can adapter with your fingers.
Hold the can upside down during application.
The foam output can be adjusted using the gun trigger and adjusting screw.
Fill gaps to approximately 65%.
For larger gaps, apply the foam in several layers, slightly moistening it between layers.
Excess foam can be removed after complete curing.

LIMITATIONS
Does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), PTFE (Teflon®).
Do not use at temperatures below +5 °C.
Cured foam must be protected from UV radiation by covering with paint, plaster or other protective material.
Do not cover the foam until it has completely cured.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Air temperature during use: +5 °C to +35 °C.
Protect adjacent surfaces with paper, plastic film or other suitable material.
Due to the variety of building materials, a preliminary compatibility test is recommended.
When working at low temperatures, the foam container should be preheated to room temperature (approximately +20 °C).
During the curing process, if necessary, provide additional external protection against rain, wind, etc.
CLEANING
Use PENOSIL 929 foam cleaner to clean tools and surfaces from uncured foam.
PENOSIL Foam Remover 995 softens hardened foam and makes it easier to remove.
STORAGE
The guaranteed shelf life is 12 months from the date of production, provided that it is stored in the original, unopened packaging in a cool and dry place at a temperature between +5 °C and +30 °C.
Do not expose to temperatures above +50 °C, do not store near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
Store and transport in an upright position.

Pressurized container. Use only in well-ventilated areas. Use personal protective equipment if necessary. Keep out of reach of children. For more detailed safety information, see the Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
