Place the steel expansion ring with the notch under the valve and press it into the clamp hook sleeves.
Place the hub cap on the disc so that the valve hole in the cap is aligned with the valve hole in the disc.
Place the hub cap on the bottom of the disc, support it with your knee, press (tilt) the top two clamping hooks with your fingers from top to bottom while simultaneously pressing the hub cap towards the inside of the disc rim.
Press down all the way around the disc.
