APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Air temperature during application: -5°C to +30°C.
When covering insulation boards with cladding materials, always follow the building design, building regulations, standards or other relevant instructions for additional mechanical fastening.
The use of anchors to support the insulation is recommended.
For compatibility with various stone-based materials and other technical questions, please consult your sales representative, dealer or architect.
Due to the wide range of building materials, we recommend carrying out a preliminary compatibility test.
When working in cold temperatures, the foam container should be warmed to room temperature (approximately +20°C).
The surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dust, loose particles, ice and oil stains.
For faster curing and better final results, spray dry surfaces with water (only at temperatures above freezing).
Shake the container thoroughly at least 20 times.
Hold the container vertically with the valve facing up.
Hold the adapter with your fingers when tightening the gun onto the container.
Hold the container upside down when squeezing the foam.
The foam adhesive output can be adjusted using the gun trigger and the adjusting screw.
Do not point the gun at people. Do not tighten the gun onto the container with the valve upside down. Do not bend or twist the can while tightening.

Installation of insulation boards and finishes:
Apply foam adhesive evenly to the surface of the board, along the edge (3-4 cm from the edge) and one strip in the middle, parallel to the longer side (maximum 25 cm between the adhesive strips).
After applying the foam adhesive, wait 2-3 minutes and then press the board against the wall.
The board can be adjusted and straightened for another 5 minutes.
One can of foam adhesive covers up to 10 m2 of wall surface.

Fixing window sills:
Before fixing the window sill, make sure the surface is flat.
Use supports to support the window sill; foam can only be used as an adhesive.
Apply foam adhesive to the base surface, 3-4 cm from the edge.
Use weights to fix the window sill until the foam adhesive has hardened.

LIMITATIONS
Will not adhere to polyethylene (PE), PTFE (Teflon®) or silicone surfaces.
Do not use at temperatures below -5°C.
Cured foam should be covered with a suitable material with UV protection.
Not recommended for bitumen surfaces.
Window sills must be additionally structurally supported, foam can only be used as an adhesive.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dust, loose particles, ice and oil stains.
For faster curing and better final results, spray dry surfaces with water (only at temperatures above freezing).

CLEANING
Use Penosil 929 Foam Cleaner to clean tools and surfaces from uncured foam.
Penosil 995 Foam Remover softens hardened foam and makes it easier to remove.
