USE
Installation of insulation boards on facades and foundations.
Fastening of interior wall panels.
Installation of window sills.
Installation of skirting boards, profiles, decorative and insulating panels.
Installation of wooden and plaster elements.
Bonding doors and finishing strips to floors.
Reinforcement of screw joints.
Adheres to: insulation boards, concrete, walls, plasterboard, building boards, bricks, blocks, wood, hard wool and bitumen.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Surfaces must be clean and free of dust, loose particles and oil stains.
For faster curing and better quality of the joint, moisten dry surfaces with water.
Shake the can thoroughly at least 20 times.
Hold the can vertically with the valve upwards and screw it onto the gun.
Hold the can upside down during application.
The foam output can be adjusted using the gun trigger and the adjusting screw.

Insulation boards and wall panels:
Apply the foam adhesive continuously to the surface of the board, parallel to the edge (3-4 cm from the edge) and one strip in the middle, parallel to the longer side (maximum 25 cm between adhesive strips).
Wait 2-3 minutes and then press the board to the wall.
The board can be corrected for 5 minutes.
One can of foam is sufficient for 10 m2 of wall surface.

Window sills:
Before installing the window sill, make sure that the base surface is flat.
The window sill must be supported, as the foam only acts as an adhesive.
Apply the foam adhesive 3-4 cm from the edge and then press the window sill to the substrate.
Additional load should be applied until the foam has completely hardened.

LIMITATIONS
Does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), PTFE (Teflon®) or silicone.
Do not use at temperatures below +5 °C.
The cured foam must be protected from UV radiation by covering it with paint, plaster or other protective material.
Not recommended for bituminous surfaces.
Window sills must have additional structural support - the foam only acts as an adhesive.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Application temperature: +5°C to +30°C.
When installing insulation boards, always follow the design instructions, building codes and regulations regarding additional mechanical fastening.
It is recommended to use anchors to secure the insulation.
For installation on natural stone or other demanding surfaces, please consult your architect, dealer or sales representative.
When applying at low temperatures, the foam must be warmed to room temperature (approx. +20°C).

CLEANING
To remove fresh foam, use PENOSIL 929 foam cleaner.
PENOSIL Foam Remover 995 softens hardened foam and makes it easier to remove.

STORAGE
Guaranteed shelf life of 12 months from date of production, when stored in closed original packaging, in a dry place, at a temperature between +5 °C and +30 °C. Do not expose to temperatures above +50 °C, do not store near heat sources and in direct sunlight. Store and transport in an upright position.
