Product description
With the practical MECHANIC BRAKE BLEEDING SET 8, you can change the brake fluid even at home. Brake fluid has the ability to absorb moisture in the air, which lowers its boiling point and negatively changes its operating properties. As its boiling point drops (for new fluid it is greater than 230 °C), a high temperature is created during prolonged braking and in fluid with even the slightest water content, the water turns into steam. The steam created is compressible and thus reduces the effects of the brake fluid. It is recommended to change the brake fluid once every 1-3 years, or according to the measured degrees - from 181°C and above - replacement is not necessary, 171°C - 180°C - replacement is recommended, 170°C and below - replacement is necessary!

How to use:
1. Remove the wheel where you plan to bleed.
2. Open the brake fluid reservoir and top up if necessary.
3. Start at the farthest point from the brake fluid reservoir (usually the rear right wheel) and work your way to the closest one (front left wheel).
4. Have an assistant in the vehicle cabin slowly depress the brake pedal and hold it down.
At this point, loosen the screw or valve on the bleed valve on the brake caliper or cylinder unit.
5. Once the stream of brake fluid begins to flow without air bubbles, tighten the screw or valve and stop depressing the pedal.
6. Repeat the procedure until you are sure that all air has been removed. Make sure that the fluid in the reservoir remains at the same level.
7. After bleeding the brakes, check the brake pedal and make sure there are no problems with braking. Alternatively, you can perform a test drive in a safe place.
