Product description
A set of quality LEVEL SYSTEM WEDGE leveling wedges for leveling tiles and wall coverings, consisting of 100 pieces of leveling wedges. These wedges are used in combination with leveling clips and pliers during the laying of tiles in a plane - you insert the clips into the joints according to the width of the joint, insert the wedge into the clip and use special leveling pliers to level the tiles or wall coverings in a plane. Once the adhesive under the tiles has hardened, use a rubber mallet to knock the clips, fill the joints and you are done. The clips, pliers and mallet are not part of this set and must be purchased separately as needed.
Easy, fast and precise laying of tiles
Eliminates height differences between tiles and floor tiles, so-called lippage
Suitable for tiles and floor tiles of all materials and shapes
The wedges can be used repeatedly
Usage:
1. During laying, insert clips with a width according to the desired joint width into the joints between the tiles or floor tiles.
2. Insert the wedges into all the clips.
3. Using the leveling pliers, pull the first wedge into the clip until the tiles are level.
4. Screw the fixing screw on the pliers according to the first wedge to pull the rest of the tiles or floor tiles with the same force.
5. Tighten the rest of the wedges.
6. After the adhesive has set (usually after 24 hours), remove the clips by hitting them with a rubber mallet from the side in the direction of the joint.
Note: The wedges can be used repeatedly.
Note: The joint must be clean to properly remove the staples with a mallet.
