APPLICATION
Filling cracks and joints with medium movement compensation ability (±12.5%).
Works perfectly where standard acrylics might fail.
Filling joints between window and door frames, walls and ceilings.
Adheres to: plasterboard, concrete, stone, glass, walls, wood, ceramics, PVC and coated metals.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Cut off the tip of the cartridge.
Screw on the nozzle and cut a hole at a 45° angle - slightly larger than the joint you want to seal.
Insert the cartridge into the hot melt gun.
Apply the sealant by applying even pressure to the gun trigger and moving the nozzle smoothly along the joint.
Remove excess sealant and smooth the surface with a suitable tool.
RESTRICTIONS
Cannot be used on bituminous substrates or on building materials containing tar that may release oils or plasticizers.
Not suitable for joints with a movement compensation capacity exceeding 12.5%.
Do not use at temperatures below +5 °C.
Not suitable for surfaces in constant contact with water.
Applying before the product has fully cured may cause the paint to crack.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces to be sealed must be clean, dry and free of dust, loose particles and old sealant residues.
If necessary, protect adjacent surfaces with masking tape.
During the curing process, ensure that the sealed surfaces remain clean and not exposed to mechanical stress.
Uncured product can be removed with water, while cured product can be removed mechanically and then with a damp cloth.
Due to the variety of building materials, we recommend a preliminary compatibility test.
Application temperature: +5 °C to +40 °C.
CLEANING
Uncured product can be removed with water, while cured product can be removed mechanically and then with a damp cloth.
STORAGE
Guaranteed shelf life of 18 months from date of production, when stored in closed, original packaging, in a dry place, at a temperature between +5 °C and +30 °C.
Avoid frost and temperatures above +30 °C. Short-term frost resistance: maximum 10 days at temperatures below -18 °C. Resistance to freeze-thaw cycles: 7 cycles in the temperature range from -18 °C to +23 °C, one cycle lasts 48 hours (24 hours at -18 °C and 24 hours at +23 °C).
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Ensure sufficient ventilation during application and wear the necessary personal protective equipment.
For more detailed safety information, please refer to the safety data sheet (SDS).
