Resistant to UV radiation, weathering and aging.
Highest hygiene class: XS1.
Excellent adhesion to many porous and non-porous materials, including metals.
Virtually odorless.
Safe to use.

APPLICATION
Sealing joints on natural stone surfaces such as marble and granite.
Sealing joints on porous surfaces such as concrete.
Sealing and weatherproofing of movable joints such as windows, doors, facades, etc.
Sealing joints in damp and wet areas.
Adheres to: concrete, walls, bricks, wood, aluminum (lacquered, anodized, painted), PVC, glass, ceramic tiles and most plastics.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Cut off the tip of the cartridge.
Screw on the application nozzle and cut a hole at a 45° angle so that it is slightly larger than the joint to be sealed.
Insert the cartridge into the sealant gun.
Apply the silicone by applying even pressure to the gun trigger and moving the nozzle smoothly along the joint.
Remove excess silicone and smooth the surface with a suitable tool.
RESTRICTIONS
Do not use on bituminous substrates or on building materials that may release oils, plasticizers or solvents (e.g. natural rubber, chloroprene, EPDM, etc.).
Does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) or PTFE (Teflon®).
Do not use at temperatures below +5°C.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces to be sealed must be clean, dry and free of dust, loose particles, oil and old sealant residues.
Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with solvent and a clean, lint-free cotton cloth.
Remove excess solvent with a dry cloth.
If necessary, protect adjacent surfaces with masking tape.
For wide joints, use expansion cord to ensure the correct joint thickness and shape.
Ensure adequate ventilation in the workplace.
During curing, ensure that the sealed surfaces remain clean and not exposed to mechanical stress.
Due to the variety of building materials, a preliminary compatibility test is recommended.
Application temperature: from +5 °C to +40 °C.
CLEANING
Uncured product can be removed with a solvent.
Cured product can be removed mechanically.
STORAGE
The guaranteed shelf life is 12 months from the date of production, provided that it is stored in its original, closed packaging, in a dry place, out of direct sunlight, at a temperature between +5 °C and +30 °C.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Ensure sufficient ventilation during application and wear the necessary personal protective equipment.
For more detailed safety information, please refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
