PENOSIL 324/324c construction silicone is a universal, neutral construction silicone for general construction work.
Designed for insulation and sealing indoors and outdoors.
Suitable for slightly alkaline metal substrates and porous surfaces.
Resistant to weathering, aging and mold.
Permanently flexible.
Excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials.
For indoor and outdoor use.

APPLICATION
General construction work including filling and sealing.
Caulking and sealing of facade and roof joints.
Sealing of natural stone surfaces.
All finishing and repair work.
Installation of decorative elements, etc.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Cut off the tip of the cartridge.
Screw on the nozzle and cut a hole at a 45° angle – slightly larger than the joint you want to seal.
Insert the cartridge into the hot melt gun.
Apply the sealant by applying even pressure to the gun trigger and moving the nozzle smoothly along the joint.
Remove excess sealant and smooth the surface with a suitable tool.
RESTRICTIONS
Do not use on bituminous substrates or on building materials that may release oils, plasticizers or solvents (e.g. natural or synthetic rubber, chloroprene, EPDM or flexible PVC).
Does not adhere to surfaces made of polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE (Teflon) or Plexiglas (PMMA).
Do not use at temperatures below +5 °C.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces to be sealed must be clean, dry and free from dust, loose particles, oil and old sealant residues.
Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with solvent using a clean, lint-free cloth and excess solvent should be removed.
Uncured product can be removed with solvent, while cured product can be removed mechanically.
CLEANING
Uncured sealant can be cleaned with solvents such as white spirit, acetone or with special cleaning wipes.
Cured sealant is removed mechanically. If necessary, use silicone remover.
STORAGE
The guaranteed shelf life is 12 months from the date of production, provided that the product is stored in its original, closed packaging, in a dry place, out of direct sunlight, at a temperature of +5°C to +30°C.

Ensure adequate ventilation and use personal protective equipment during application.
