Solar panel 12V/20W polycrystalline

Photovoltaic panel made of polycrystalline silicon. Aluminum frame 25mm, cover glass.

Polycrystalline cell:
Substrates are produced from smaller silicon crystals which are pressed into one unit.
The round ingot is then cut into so called wafers, which are cut to the desired PV cell size.
Obviously, this technology cannot achieve such purity of the material;

Advantages of polycrystalline:
Slightly higher diffuse light production (unfavorable light conditions)
