SOLARFAM 170Wp Caravan Solar Kit

We are offering you the opportunity to purchase an optimally designed solar system for off-grid locations on very favourable terms. This is one of the most frequently sold and used solar systems in our range. We recommend it to all customers who do not have any special or non-standard requirements. The solar system contains the following components: 1x 12V/170W monocrystalline shingle SOLARFAM solar panel "Cat. No.: 04280286"
1x GETI GSR020 PWM solar controller 12-24V/20A "Cat. No.: 4280082"
1x SOLARFAM solar cable 2x10.0m-4mm2 red-black "Cat. No.: 04290056"
1x 12 A circuit breaker for photovoltaic panel "Cat. No.: 04290197"

This kit does not include a battery. We will be happy to help you choose the right one. The kit contains a set of two 10m-long cables. MC4 connectors are crimped onto the ends of the cables for connection to the solar panel. Part of the cable is also used to connect the solar controller to the battery – simply install the fuse disconnect switch on this cable as close to the battery as possible, following the diagram. The installing electrician will fit the cable ends leading to the solar controller with ferrules. At the battery end, the cable will be terminated with suitable terminals, depending on the battery type. NOTE: The photograph of the kit is for illustrative purposes only. As the kits are custom-built, some components (e.g. solar panels) come from bulk packaging. For this reason, they may not be supplied in their original individual packaging. However, we guarantee that all items in the kit are brand new and unused.
