We are offering you the opportunity to purchase an optimally designed solar system for off-grid locations on very favourable terms. This is one of the most frequently sold and used solar systems in our range. We recommend it to all customers who do not have any special or non-standard requirements.

The SOLARFAM series solar controller, which ensures the system runs unattended, features a clear integrated LCD display. This provides information on the voltage and current of the solar panel, battery voltage and charging current, as well as the current draw for DC appliances. It also offers statistical information on the total amount of energy generated and consumed. On the front panel of the solar controller, you will also find two USB ports suitable for charging mobile phones, tablets, etc.

The kit includes a set of two 10-metre-long cables. MC4 connectors are crimped onto the ends of the cables for connection to the solar panel. Part of the cable is also used to connect the solar controller to the battery – simply install a safety disconnect switch on this cable as close to the battery as possible, following the diagram. The installing electrician will fit the cable ends leading to the solar controller with ferrules. At the battery end, the cable will be terminated with suitable terminals, depending on the battery type. We reserve the right to change components based on current stock availability without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect the functionality of the kit. This is an oversized item, to which free delivery does not apply. Delivery times from the date the order is placed may be extended by 3–4 working days.
As the kits are custom-assembled, some components (e.g. solar panels) come from bulk packaging. For this reason, they may not be supplied in their original individual packaging. However, we guarantee that all goods in the kit are brand new and unused.
