SONOFF SNZB-04PR2 Smart Door/Window Sensor – ZigBee Set of 4

The SONOFF SNZB-04PR2 is a door and window sensor that uses Zigbee 3.0 communication, allowing you to monitor the status of secured premises in real time via the app. The device detects when doors or windows are opened or closed, alerts you to any attempt to remove the sensor, and sends real-time notifications, allowing you to respond quickly to any change in status. It is powered by two AAA batteries and provides up to 3 years of operation without the need for frequent battery replacement. The casing is made from UV-resistant materials, and the device has passed a 1-metre drop test as well as thermal shock tests. The pack contains 4 units.

Continuous monitoring and instant notifications The sensor allows you to monitor doors and windows directly from the eWeLink app. Notifications about doors or windows being opened or closed appear immediately, giving you full control over the secured rooms. Furthermore, the tamper detection feature alerts you to any attempt to tamper with the sensor, thereby enhancing the security of the entire system.

Smart Scenes for Security and Savings The SNZB-04PR2 can work with other smart home devices to create automations tailored to your everyday needs. The sensor can trigger security scenarios when it detects a door or window being opened, working in conjunction with a Zigbee gateway, security cameras and other devices. It also works brilliantly in energy-saving scenarios, such as automatically turning off the thermostat when a window is open or switching off the lights when a door is closed.

Flexible installation in various locations Thanks to its removable magnet and the option to mount it horizontally or vertically, the device can be easily adapted to many types of doors and windows. The sensor has a detection range of up to 30 mm when mounted horizontally and up to 15 mm when mounted vertically, making it easy to install even in less standard locations. The design works well not only on doors and windows, but also on fridges, first-aid kits, pet cages and safes.

Wide compatibility with smart home ecosystems The device works with the eWeLink app, Home Assistant, MQTT, iHost, and the Amazon Alexa and Apple Home platforms via Matter Bridge. Thanks to support for the Zigbee 3.0 standard, the device can be integrated with many popular gateways and home automation systems.
