The SONOFF TRVZB is a smart thermostatic head with a ZigBee interface, allowing you to conveniently regulate the temperature in individual rooms and better manage your energy consumption. The device supports both automatic and manual modes, heating schedules, open-window detection and a frost protection function. Thanks to its integration with popular smart home systems, you can control your heating from a smartphone, tablet, computer or central control panel, wherever you are.

Remote control and timers The TRVZB allows for convenient control of your heating via an app available on smartphones, tablets and computers. Within the interface, you can check the current temperature, heating status and battery level, as well as set your desired operating temperature. The thermostat also allows you to create detailed heating schedules for each day of the week, automatically lowering the temperature when you’re away and raising it before you return home, which enhances comfort and helps reduce energy consumption.

Energy savings and individual control The open-window detection function automatically switches off the heating as soon as it detects a sudden drop in temperature, thereby reducing energy loss during ventilation. The thermostat also allows independent temperature control in each room, so you can set different settings for the living room, bedroom, children’s room or home office. This makes it easier to enhance comfort for household members and prevent unused rooms from overheating.

Smart scenes and group control
The TRVZB thermostat can work in conjunction with temperature and humidity sensors and use their readings as a reference temperature for heating control. It also supports smart automation scenes with other smart home devices, such as modules for controlling the heating source. Furthermore, it allows you to group multiple thermostatic valves, so you can control heating in several rooms simultaneously with a single command – for example, by switching all radiators to frost protection mode.

Wide compatibility and Home Assistant The TRVZB works with the SONOFF ZBBridge-P, ZBBridge-U, NSPanel Pro and iHost gateways, as well as the Zigbee2MQTT platform. All key features, such as timers, temperature calibration, open-window detection, parental controls, operating history and OTA updates, are available on compatible systems. The thermostat can also be integrated into Home Assistant via Zigbee2MQTT, allowing access to temperature control, operating modes, parental controls, temperature calibration, frost protection, battery status monitoring and the device’s operating history. The TRVZB model features a child lock to prevent accidental changes to settings, automatic calibration to ensure the valve functions correctly, and a frost protection function which automatically activates the heating at low temperatures, thereby protecting the heating system from damage. The device also records historical data on temperature and preset values and displays them in hourly, daily and monthly summaries, making it easier to analyse the heating system’s operation and optimise heating schedules.
