The LM2678 series regulators are monolithic integrated circuits that provide all the active functions of a buck switching regulator capable of controlling loads up to 5 A with excellent line and load control characteristics. High efficiency (>90%) is achieved by using a DMOS power switch with low on-resistance. The range consists of fixed output voltages of 3.3 V, 5 V and 12 V and an adjustable output version.
