Welding inverter Procraft RWI-220 is designed for manual welding by MMA, tig lift . Power transistors IGBT guarantee long trouble-free operation. Welding current regulation in the range of 20-120 A allows setting optimal parameters when working with different metals. Welding electrodes with a diameter of 1.6 to 3.2 mm can be used. The arc force, anti stick, hot start functions guarantee fast and easy welding. The LCD display shows the current welding current. Included in the delivery is a cable with electrode holder, cable with grounding pliers and instructions. Packing carton.
IGBT technology: modern IGBT power transistors ensure stable machine operation, high efficiency and long service life even under regular load.
Welding methods MMA and TIG Lift: allows manual arc welding with coated electrode (MMA) and TIG Lift welding, expanding the possibilities of use when working with different metals.
Welding current control (20-120 A): precise adjustment of the welding current allows optimum adaptation to the material thickness and electrode type.
Electrode support 1.6-3.2 mm: compatibility with the most commonly used electrode diameters for home and professional welding.
LCD display with backlight: clear display of the current welding current value ensures easy control of the settings even when working in low light conditions.
Hot Start function: automatically increases the welding current for a short time when the arc is ignited. It facilitates the start of welding, ensures fast ignition of the electrode and reduces sticking at the beginning of the weld.
Arc Force function: dynamically adjusts the welding current during welding according to the length of the arc. It helps to maintain a stable arc, improves weld quality and allows smoother work even in more demanding positions.
Anti Stick function: automatically reduces the welding current when the electrode sticks. It prevents the electrode from overheating, facilitates its release and protects the welding machine from overloading.
VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) mode: reduces the no-load voltage, increasing operator safety especially in wet or harsh environments.
Forced air cooling: an efficient cooling system ensures stable operation and protects the electronics during prolonged operation.
Compact size and light weight: the lightweight design makes it easy to carry and convenient to use in the workshop, on site and in the field.
