Battery spot welder GLITTER 801D with accessories, 14.5kW.
GLITTER 801D is a capacitor spot welder for spot welding batteries into battery packs using nickel plates. A welding pen or integrated arm can be connected to the station. Compared to classic welders with a transformer, it offers lower weight and dimensions and higher pulse energy. The welder also allows welding nickel strips to an aluminum substrate. The welder is activated 0–20ms after the tips are placed on the plates.
