Battery Tester FNIRSI HRM-10 - Battery Internal Resistance Meter. FNIRSI HRM-10 is a portable tester for accurate measurement of battery voltage and resistance, with a TFT display. Measurement accuracy is ensured by using the four-wire Kelvin method, which eliminates wire and contact resistance. This provides more accurate results, especially when measuring in small ranges.
