PEOSIL Acrylic LightFiller 620 is a fast-drying, lightweight acrylic filler designed for quick repairs before painting, ensuring smooth and uniform interior surfaces.
Lightweight formulation.
Does not shrink.
Easy to apply, ideal for quick repairs.
Fast drying - can be painted after just 20 minutes.
Can be sanded after curing.
Virtually odorless.
Resistant to discoloration - remains snow white.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Cut off the tip of the cartridge.
Screw on the application nozzle and cut a hole at a 45° angle slightly larger than the gap to be sealed.
Insert the cartridge with the applicator into the sealant gun and apply the compound, maintaining even pressure on the gun trigger and moving the nozzle smoothly along the gap.
Remove excess product and smooth the surface with a suitable tool.
Curing time depends on the size of the joint
Application temperature is +5°C to +40°C
SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust, loose particles and old sealant residues.
Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with solvent and a clean, lint-free cotton cloth.
Excess solvent should be removed before it evaporates.
LIMITATIONS
Not suitable for expansion joints and joints subject to movement.
Not suitable for surfaces permanently exposed to water or moisture.
Not suitable for untreated metals due to the risk of oxidation.
Do not use at temperatures below +5°C.
Do not use on bituminous materials or on surfaces containing oils, plasticizers or solvents (e.g. natural rubber, chloroprene, EPDM or flexible PVC).
CLEANING
Uncured acrylic can be removed with water or PENOSIL cleaning wipes.
The hardened acrylic must first be removed mechanically and then wiped with a damp cloth.

STORAGE
The guaranteed shelf life is 12 months from the date of production, provided that the product is stored in its original, closed packaging, in a dry place, at a temperature of +5 °C to +30 °C.
Avoid frost and temperatures above +30 °C.

Ensure sufficient ventilation during application and wear the necessary personal protective equipment.
