Product description
PENOSIL Roof sealant all-season 919 is a waterproof sealant based on silicone-free rubber designed for quick repairs of facades and roofs.
It can also be used in the rain.
It is characterized by excellent adhesion to most roofing materials, including bitumen surfaces, and can be applied to damp and slightly oily substrates.
Resistant to mold, UV radiation and weathering, can be overpainted.
For use in all weather conditions.
Good adhesion to wet and slightly oily surfaces.
For outdoor and indoor use.
Excellent adhesion to many materials, including bitumen surfaces.
High flexibility.
Does not drip.
Does not contain silicone.

APPLICATION
Roof repair
Excellent adhesion to most roofing materials, including bitumen surfaces.
Sealing and repairing cracks and crevices even on wet and oily surfaces.
Sealing and repairing gutter systems.
Adhesion to: bricks, concrete, walls, wood, metals, glass, laminated glass, plastics, PVC and bitumen.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Cut off the tip of the cartridge, screw on the application nozzle and cut a hole at a 45° angle
Place the cartridge with the applicator into the gun and fill the application nozzle with sealant and apply the sealant evenly.
Remove excess sealant and smooth the surface with a suitable tool.
Application temperature: -5°C to +40°C
SURFACE PREPARATION
The surfaces to be sealed must be clean and free of dust, loose particles, oil and old sealant residues.
Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with solvent and a clean, lint-free cotton cloth.
Remove excess solvent with a dry cloth.
LIMITATIONS
Does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) or Teflon (PTFE).
Do not use at temperatures below -5°C.
Not recommended for natural stone surfaces such as marble and granite.
CLEANING
Uncured sealant can be cleaned with solvents such as white spirit, acetone or PENOSIL cleaning wipes.
Cured sealant can be removed mechanically.
STORAGE
The guaranteed shelf life is 24 months from the date of production, when stored in closed original containers, in a dry place at a temperature of +5°C to +30°C.
SAFETY CONDITIONS
Ensure sufficient ventilation during application and wear the necessary personal protective equipment.
